In this case the justification is given for requesting a permission to be absent from work in order to attend a conference and so generate a profit. To make a justification letter of this type it is suggested to follow some steps.
1- Be formal at all times and show yourself respectful and thankful, as you are asking for a favor or apologizing for something you were not able to do.
2- Explain the reasons why you are writing the letter properly and clearly.
3- If you are writing a letter of justification due to an absence from your job or at a college course, for example, express your most affectionate and sincere apology.
4- Finally, do not forget to thank for the recipient’s consideration and time. If needed, request a further interview with your supervisor or manager.
