Voluntary resignation letters are use to inform you employer that you quit your job.

This type of letters are very important to our image, a bad resignation letter will give a bad impression of us, so we need to make sure that even if we are about to quit our job we still have some appreciation to the employer we work for.
Resignation letter can be very simple to make, you can chose to explain in detail the reason of your resignation or just make write something like “As of day/month/year I am terminating my employment with this company”, you can add a brief reason why and end the note with a small thank you.
One of the things you need to remember when you make a resignation letter is that you need to be very professional, you never know if you will by working with the same employers again, or if you may need something from them in the future.
Now to start with our letter.
1.- First in the upper left we will write our city, state and zip code follow by the our phone and e-mail.
2.- Current date
3.- Name of the recipient, job position, name of the company and address.
4.- Write a simple Dear Mr o Ms.
5.- Now the main body of the letter, it can be made up of 2, 3 or 4 paragraphs, you decide how good your explanation needs to by.
The first paragraph you will write a brief explanation of why you are leaving you current job.
The next paragraphs you will explain in detail why you are leaving you job, try to make it formal, like we told you before, you never know if you will ever work for them in the future.
The final paragraph you will thank your employer for the time you work with him, remember by grateful.
6.- End the letter with your signature.
