If you are interested in working for a particular company or in a particular job, you can send a letter of interest to the employers of the company.

This letter aims to tell the employer that you would be interested in being hired for a particular job. This is going to be the first contact you have with the company so you have to plan your letter properly and give a good impression. This letter will determine whether or not the employer will want to set up an interview with you.

To write a letter of interest you should take some aspects into account, for example:

1- Use high quality paper to write the letter and if possible, deliver it yourself. Write your letter with your computer. Choose a traditional font and size 12.

2- Write your full name on the first line and your contact information below. Then write the date and the contact information of the recipient.

3. Write a formal introduction. The first paragraph should mention why you are writing the letter and why you are interested in the job.

4- Mention the skills and accomplishments you have that could benefit the company.

5- Ask if it is possible to have an interview and thank for the time spent reading the letter. Finally, make a proper farewell and sign the letter.
